Rockstar Woman Members receive ongoing professional development through weekly executive coaching emails, leadership products, and participation in our annual Soar Session series. These tools are indispensable investments into the creativity, leadership longevity, expertise, and acumen of the Rockstar Woman Community.
We don’t believe in stuffy networking events. Our praxis of engagement and connection is rooted in psychological safety and belonging. The Rockstar Woman Movement is multiracial, multiethnic, and intergenerational! Five generations abound. We are a welcoming and innovative affinity community for women at every age and stage. We make life and leadership less lonely for women who are often the “first” and/or the “only.”
We create predictable, repeatable revenue streams for historically excluded entrepreneurs. Since January 2024, we have invested $97,680.00 in 30+ Rockstar Woman-owned and BIPOC-owned businesses. We are achieving what many larger entities fail to do, all while paying market rates and fostering growth.
The future of business is network-to-network. Companies, brands, and organizations value marketing partnerships with the Rockstar Woman Movement because of our legacy for excellence. The Rockstar Woman Movement is a trusted brand and mobilizing entity. The trust bestowed to us translates into trust, purchase, and loyalty for the brands we partner with.
Our gifts are legendary! We curate gifts of inspiration and strategy that uplift and inspire Rockstar Women. When she leads, people FLOURISH. We use gifts to undergird her daily life with affirmations and tools that motivate, fuel her focus, and center her aspirations, ambitions, and wellness goals.

It has been said: When women have big ideas – they get advice. When men have big ideas – they get capital. Our founder, Shannon Cohen, launched her first business idea at age 12 with angel investment from her mother. This adolescent experience inspired her to create a paid apprenticeship for teen girls called the “Unstoppable Squad” in 2020.
Our ability to invest in the big ideas of young women expanded and evolved in 2022!
In 2022, the Unstoppable Squad merged with the Young Women for Change program powered by YWCA West Central Michigan. The Young Women for Change program has long stood at the intersection of racism and sexism, disrupting barriers to the success of young women of color. United in mission and vision, the two programs combined to form the “Unstoppable Young Women for Change” or the “Unstoppables”! This paid apprenticeship invests in the leadership, entrepreneurial interests, and development of teen girls of color.
“This partnership is about empowerment. Trailblazers like Helen Claytor would be proud of women coming together to inspire and be inspired by new generations of dreamers and world changers.”
